Classification study on quality standard items of emergency nursing process

Abstract：Objective To develop the work process quality standard suitable for emergency nurses,so as to provide basis for the work of emergency nurses and emergency care quality control. Methods Ten first - level indicatars and 56 second - level indicators were identified using tracing methodology. Delphi method was used and consulted 32 clinical nurse specialists or care management specialists with two rounds. Results Emergency nurse working quality standard consisted of 6 first - level indicators and 33 secord - level indicators. Conclusion The new classification items of quality standard of emergency nurses’ working process covers all contents of the work process of emergency nurses,and it has high expert enthusiasm,authoritative expert advice and high consistency.
