Research progress on aspiration prevention in neurosurgical critically ill patients with nasal feeding

Abstract：The paper summarized the aspiration diagnosis methods and high - risk factors,and then,reviewed some main nursing measures to prevent aspi-ration,which included the use and maintenance of nasogastric tube,gastric residue volume monitoring,feeding factors such as methods,speed,temperature,vol-ume,timing,position,how to reduce intra - abdominal pressure,and so on,which aimed to provide references for safety nursing care of neurosurgical critically ill patients with nasal feeding.
