Abstract：The paper reviewed the status of domestic and overseas pre - hospital emergency medical service(EMS),including the models,staffing,item management,and general knowledge of the public. Then the paper analyzed the advantage of overseas pre - hospital emergency medical service,so as to provide suggestions and references for developing domestic pre - hospital emergency medical services.
