Critical appraisal of domestic intervention studies of aerobic exercise in cancer-related fatigue patients

Abstract:Objective To analyze the quality of domestic intervention studies of aerobic exercise in cancer -related fatigue patients. Methods CBM,CNKI,Wan-fang data and VIP were searched using MESH words of "tumour","aerobic exercise" and "cancer - related fatigue". Modified Jadad scale was used for method-ology quality evaluation,and the 2010 division of CONSORT statement was used for comprehensive evaluation of articles included. Results Eighteen articles were included. The methodological quality of articles included was low,only 1 article got 3 points of Jadad scale,5 articles got 2 points,and the rest articles got less than 2 points. Further,the writing of articles included was lack of standardization. Conclusion Aerobic exercise can release the severity of cancer - related fatigue to a certain extent,but the mode of exercise is lack of normalization. The methodological quality of relative researches is low,and the writing is lack of standardization. Therefore,further studies are needed to explore the optimal exercise mode,the methodology research and writing quality should be improved,to meet the demand of evidence - based nursing.
