Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effects of electronic nursing plan. Methods On the basis of personalized nursing principle,an electric care plan was designed including observation,airway nursing,medication nursing,oxygen inhalation,fever nursing,drainage nursing,nursing safety management,fundamen-tal nursing,health education and specialize nursing. Results The main content of the electric nursing plan covered hospitalization during the implementation of the 11 key links,the nursing quality control items were improved significantly(P﹤0. 01 or P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The electronic nursing plan can regulate the nursesˊnursing behaviors,optimize nursing work flow,and is conductive to the continuous improvement of the quality of clinical nursing.
