Abstract：Objective To improve the quality of disinfection and supply,and achieve the integration of resources across medical institutions. Method The measures included integrating the material resources and human resources of each supply room within group,standardizing the based packages and specialized u-nits,applying business management,two control mode of quality,information management and operating cost accounting methods,making specification of regional processes. Results The quality of washing and package increased(P﹤0. 01). The number of varieties of standard package after configuration was decreased (P﹤0. 01). Conclusion Integrating operation mode can promote the quality of disinfection supply inside and outside of group,and improve work efficiency.
