Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application effects of case analysis method in the construction of pressure ulcer care team. Methods The measures included setting up a pressure ulcer care team,collecting cases of pressure ulcer in clinical nursing,holding case analysis meetings,finding the problems and put-ting forward specific improvement measures. Results Team membersˊexamination grades of pressure ulcer knowledge and high risk pressure ulcer using Braden assessment improved significantly than before(P﹤0. 01). The incidence of pressure ulcer decreased significantly(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Case analysis meth-od is an important way to improve clinical nursesˊability of clinical thinking,strengthen the awareness of pressure ulcer prevention,and redue the incidence of pressure ulcer.
