Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of continuous perinatal movement guiding on fetal body weight and childbirth mode. Methods A total of 500 pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups. Traditional perinatal care and perinatal movement guidance were provided in the control group and the experimental group, respectively. Results The fetal body weight and case number of macrosamia in the experimental group were lower than those of control group. The proportion of vaginal delivery in the experimental group was higher than that of control group. The total length and first and second stages of labor in the experimental group were shorter than that of control group(P﹤0. 01 or P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of continuous perinatal movement guid-ance can control ideal fetal body weight, shorten the labor duration, and promote the natural childbirth, thus to improve quality of obstetrics nursing.
