Nursing security management for critically ill patients during postoperative transport in cardiothoracic surgery

Abstract:Objective To ameliovate nursing interventions for critically ill patients in cardiothoracic surgery,so as to improve the quality of nursing care. Method Established security management team,applied failure mode and effects analysis of risk management,analyzed risks of critically ill patients in cardi-othoracic surgery during transport,and found the high-risk failure modes,thus to take appropriate measures to improve nursing quality. Results High-risk val-ue and nursing adverse events during postoperative transport reduced after improvement(P﹤0. 01 or P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Application of failure modes and effects analysis risk management can effectively regulate the transport process and improve transport safety and quality.
