Abstract：Objective To investigate the status of time management disposition among head nurses. Method Totally,309 head nurses were investigated using Time Management Disposition Scale. Results The level of the head nursesˊtime management disposition was high,and its influencing factors were depart-ments and whether receiving time management training or not(P﹤0. 01 or P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The level of time management disposition of head and itˊs influencing factors were nurses is high,but still should be improved,so it is necessary to carry out time management training for them.
