Abstract:An aerobic denitrifying bacterium HL3 was isolated from the bottom mud of the sea bass culture pond.Through morphological, physiological and biochemical identification of HL3 and 16S rDNA sequence,HL3 was identified as Serratia nematodiphila. The growth and denitrification performance of HL3 were studied from four environmental factors:carbon source,C/N,pH and temperature. The results showed that when sodium succinate was used as carbon source,C/N=10,pH=7 and temperature was 30 ℃,HL3 had the best denitrification ability.Within 48 h,the removal rates of TN、NH4+-N、NO2--N and NO3--N were 78.23%,92.80%,99.57%and 94.65%,respectively.The aerobic denitrifying bacteria Serratia nema-todiphila HL3 has high biosafety and nitrogen removal effect, and it has broad application prospects in the biological nitrogen removal treatment direction of aquaculture tail water.
