Abstract:The paper discussed the possible interference and removal methods of sulfide, formaldehyde,VOCs,acetochlor, acrylamide, urea and other substances in the determination of nitrite nitrogen in soil using gas phase molecular absorption spectroscopy. The experimental results show that sulfide and VOCs have a positive interference on the determination of nitrite nitrogen. When a mixed solution of zinc acetate and sodium acetate is added to the soil extraction solution and the solution is ad-justed to weak alkalinity(pH 10~11),sulfide interference can be eliminated.Heating and boiling the soil extract for 3~5 min-utes can eliminate the interference of VOCs.Formaldehyde, acetochlor, acrylamide, and urea have basically no interference.
