Abstract:Pika disturbance in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau seriously affected the diversity and stability of alpine meadow ecological community structure.Soil fungal community was highly sensitive to habitat changes, and pika disturbance had a significant im-pact on it.In this study,0~10 cm soil in natural state(Sck1),10~20 cm soil in natural state(Sck2),0~10 cm soil disturbed by pla-teau pika(ST1)and 10~20 cm soil disturbed by plateau pika(ST2)in Wayan Mountain Observation Station were selected as the research objects.High-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the differences and diversity of soil fungal community in al-pine meadow.Shannon-Wiener and Simpson diversity index of soil fungi had no significant difference among Sck1,Sck2,ST1 and ST2(P>0.05),while Chao1 index and observed species number had significant difference(P<0.05).In the fungal communi-ty,Ascomycota and Basidiomycota were the dominant phyla, and Agaricomycetes,Agaricales and Tricholomataceae were the dominant phyla.Lefse analysis found 32 different bacterial groups, and the potential markers Sck1 may be Faecobacteria and meliola,ST1 may be microcystis,ST2 may be Gossypiae. In general, the disturbance of plateau pika significantly affected the structure and diversity of soil fungal community in alpine meadow, and the effect was more significant in 0~10 cm soil layer.
