Abstract:This paper elaborates on three quinolone antibiotics, enrofloxacin(ENR),levofloxacin(LVFX)and norfloxacin(NOR),in terms of their qualitative and quantitative analysis(separately and mixedly),involving the use of the three-dimen-sional fluorescence spectroscopy technology, and the researches on three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum characteristics combined with parallel factor analysis(PARAFAC).Three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of three antibiotic samples were obtained by fluorescence spectrophotometer scanning, and the interference of scattering on the three-dimensional fluorescence spectra was resolved by zeroing and interpolation of the scattering region;and the component resolution of fluorescence data sets was done by using PARAFAC.On account of the experiment,it was showed that the values of R2 of the maximum fluores-cence value of the three antibiotics and their respective concentrations were all greater than 0.99.The detection limits of ENR,LVFX and NOR were 0.74,0.43 and 0.20 μg/L,respectively.It was the use of PARAFAC method that the components of ENR,LVFX and NOR in the mixed samples were successfully analyzed. In conclusion, the three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy technology based on the PARAFAC method had a good detection limit and recovery rate, and at the same time the abilty to detect three quinolone antibiotics such as ENR,LVFX and NOR and their mixtures rapidly with high sensitiviy. Thus the simultaneous analysis of single spectrum, same category and multi-component could be realized.
