Abstract:Pollutants emitted from cooking oil fumes have caused harm to human health. Cooking emissions are one of the important sources of PM2.5 in urban environment. In this paper, researches on pollution characteristics of PM2.5 emitted from cooking emissions have been summarized, including the contribution of cooking emissions to PM2.5 in urban atmospheric environment; temporal and spatial distribution features of PM2.5; chemical characteristics; estimation of PM2.5 emission. Various influence factors on PM2.5 emission have been preliminarily summarized; health effect of PM2.5 emitted from cooking emissions has also been analyzed. Future researches on PM2.5 emission from cooking oil fumes have been prospected based on the summary of researches at home and abroad.
