Abstract:This paper elaborates on the laboratory experiment of laccase from Schizophyllum communeused in treatment of papermaking wastewater with the purpose of probing into Schizophyllum commune's enzymatic properties covering optimal reaction temperature, p H value and thermal stability. The main influencing factors including processing temperature, p H value, dosages of enzyme and copula HBT, and processing time were studied. As a result, the experiment suggested that the optimal p H for laccase was 4.5;the enzyme could maintain stable in p H values ranging 3.5~5.5; the best reaction temperature was70 ℃, and operating temperature could not exceed 60 ℃, temperature ranging 40~50 ℃ was the best. Schizophyllum commune laccase was effective in treatment of papermaking wastewater, and under the condition of p H 5.5, reaction temperature 50 ℃, enzyme dosage 40 U/m L, HBT dosage 6 mg/L and processing time 4 h, the lignin degradation rate reached 77.5%, and the removal rates of colority (dilution multiple) and COD were 81.1% and 61.1%, respectively.
