Abstract:In order to identify the growth and quality effect involving the alleviation effects of selenium (Se) and potassium (K) on zinc (Zn)(0~900 mg/kg),pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of exogenous Se or K on Corydalis yanhusuo of the plant height, biomass, physiological characteristics and Zn accumulation etc. Results indicated that the optimal alleviation concentration for Se was 10 mg/kg and K was 200 mg/kg under all levels of Zn stress in terms of plant height and biomass of plant. The optimal alleviation concentration of Se and K could enhance the antiaging enzyme system of C.yanhusuo leaves (except the peroxidase (POD) activity),soluble sugar content is higher than other treatment, the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) is decreased in the leaves of C.yanhusuo plants and could improve yield and the medical quality under 900 mg/kg Zn stress. The optimal alleviation concentration of Se and K and 900 mg/kg Zn treatment can affect Zn accumulation of the shoots and roots of C.Yanhusuo plants. Therefore,Se and K play an important role in heavy metal detoxification of medicinal plants, with Se detoxification better.Increasing 10 mg/kg Na2SeO3 could alleviate oxidative damage of medicinal plants caused by heavy metal and improve the yield and quality of medicinal properties.
