Abstract:The purpose of this study is to find effects on feed addition for juvenile GIFT tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus),which is determined by histological sections of immune and reproductive organs and Tunel analysis under different concentration of resveratrol addition. Results showed that the longer intestinal villusand un-regular goblet cells has been revealed in higher concentration of resveratrol groups. The liver structure demonstrated with less Kupffer cells and compressed hepatic sinusoid, while the emergence of liver cell necrosis and apoptosis has been revealed in the lower concentration of resveratrol groups. It caused loosen liver structure in the higher concentration of resveratrol groups. The loosened red blood cell and lymphocyte occurred in the spleen tissues, and with less centers of melanin macrophages in the lower concentration of resveratrol groups. It caused apoptosis damage and hemosiderin pigmentation in the spleen tissue for the higher concentration of resveratrol groups. It also revealed the inhibitory development effects for testis and ovary tissues in higher treatment groups. To conclude,it caused damage to the tissues associated with immune and reproductive systems when treated with higher concentration of resveratrol addition.
