Research Progress of Microfluidic Immunoassay in Environmental Analysis and Food Safety

Abstract：Microfluidic immunoassay is a new micro total analysis method developed in recent years.Combination of microfluidic with immune analysis,not only can make up for the lack of specificity and sensitivity of microfluidic analysis by the specific biometric response of antigen and antibody,but also can use fast,low consumption,integrated features of microfluidic analysis to cleverly solve the problem of too long analysis time,expensive reagents and complex operation of traditional immune detection.Microfluidic immunoassay is ideal for the detection of environment,food and other complex samples.Based on the aspects of high specificity and multiple detection,complex matrix sample analysis,microbial detection and microparticle immune separation analysis,this article summarizes progress of microfluidic immunoassay in environmental and food safety in recent years and puts forward the outlook of its application.
