Research Progress of Distribution and Migration of Antibiotics in Wastewater Treatment System

Abstract：As emerging contaminants with potential ecological risk,antibiotics are universally concerned in recent years.Sewage treatment plant is an important infrastructure for water recycle and water pollution control,and thus a major pathway for migration and transformation of antibiotics.Distribution and migration of typical antibiotics in domestic and overseas sewage treatment plants are reviewed.Concentration of antibiotics in sewage effluents and sludge,removal efficiency of antibiotics in sewage treatment processes,adsorption and degradation of antibiotics are summarized and analyzed.An outlook on research direction and focuses are also proposed.
