Study on Treatment of Oil Sludge by Mixing with Coal Water Slurry

Abstract：Based on the investigation and property analysis of the oil sludge in Shaanxi oil group,resource utilization and harmless emissions of oil sludge treatment are achieved by mixing oil sludge with coal water slurry.The results showed that the oil sludge-coal water slurry with mix ratio of 1％～15％(wt.) oil sludge,has good slurry ability.Property analysis and gasification simulation experiment of the oil sludge-coal water slurry indicated that the gasification performance is quite good,and without harmful effects on process and equipment.
