Abstract:Seven cyanoethylated wastepaper-degrading bacterial strains were screened from the medium containing cyanoethylated cellulose as a sole carbon source,by using cellulase activity and degradation rate as indicators. And then, seven strains were identified through analysis of morphological, biological and biochemical features and 16S rRNA sequence. The results showed that A1 belonged to Alcaligenes sp.,A2 belonged to Ochrobactrum sp.,A4 bacteria belonged to Brevibacillus sp.,A5 belonged to Pseudomonas Mendocina sp.,B1 belonged to Pseudomonas sp.,C2 and C5 belonged to Brevibacillus sp.By using exhaustive method, seven cyanoethylated wastepaper-degrading bacterial strains were mixed cultured of two strains or three strains by using cellulase activity and degradation rate as indicators. The results showed that the optimum mixed culture ratio was C5:A4:C2=1:2:1.Under the optimum conditions, the filter paper enzyme activity was 250.80 U/mL,and the degradation rate of cyanoethylated wastepaper was 20.68% after degradation for two days.
