Abstract:Strains Flavobacterium sp.FL211T,Acinetobacter sp.AC211B and Massilia sp.MA211S were selected to explore the effects of initial pH,carbon source and C/N on the nitrification of bacteria which belong to different genus. The results showed that the optimum pH of strains FL211T,AC211B and MA211S were 9,7 and 8,separately;glucose was the most suitable carbon source for strain FL211T,and sodium succinate for strains AC211B and MA211S;the optimal C/N of them was 20,15,20.They all exhibited excellent nitrification ability under the optimum conditions.Although the optimum heterotrophic nitrification conditions of three bacteria vary, the advantages can be complementary, and dosing with mixed bacteria or compound microbial agent has more advantages than adding pure cultured enrichment bacteria in microbial artificial enhancement process.
