Abstract:The extractant (KCI) and solid chromogenic reagent were used for rapid in situ determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in soils, and it was successful in evaluating the extent of soil contamination, which sampled from a chromium slag field in Henan Province. Results show that the best extraction method is to repeat shocks 5 times, keep for 0.5 min each time with 0.3 mol/L of KC1 extract. The recovery rate (n=5) was 82.40%~94.68%,RSD was 1.67%~3.92%,the detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg,and the data can response the extent of pollution in different positions of the survey site. This method is simple and rapid, especially suitable for the field of soil pollution investigation and soil pollution accident emergency monitoring.
