Abstract:Corn pot experiment was done to study the distribution of As and Sb in soil and various parts of the com.Experimental results show that roots, stems, leaves and grain of corn have vary degrees of cumulative effects for As and Sb.Absorbed As and Sb are mostly concentrated in the roots of the corn, but the content of the aerial parts is lower than roots, and the distribution of As in the stems is greater than the grain,As greater than the distribution of the stems on the grain distribution. With soil organic matter changes within a certain range,Sb and As content in the corn root appears reverse changing trends. There are mutually inhihitory in the accumulation of heavy metals As and Sb in corn roots and stems,to some extent the accumulation of Sb in corn roots inhibited As accumulation.Mutual inhibition of As and Sb on the corn leaves and grain is small, stems and leaves of corn can accumulate As and Sb.According to the changing relationship between Sb content of the soil and corn roots, the impact of soil Sb content to the com root content was predicted by establishing regression models.Through the study of As and Sb in the distribution of each part of the soil and corn,to understand the migration and transformation of As and Sb in soil and plant. It is of great significance to prevent poisoning of As and Sb,improve the quality of agricultural products, make better soil and agricultural product quality standard.
