Abstract：In this paper,the high production rate and low cost Dfjm-1 medium was obtained by selecting diffe-rent kinds of media,carbon source,nitrogen source and inorganic salt ion.The best flocculant-producing conditions were found by changing medium initial pH,culture temperature and ventilation flow.The optimum culture conditions are:pH 6.5～7.0,culture temperature 30℃,60 hours for cultivation.
