Determination of phenolic Priority Pollutants in wastewater by HPLC wit h electrochemical detection
Abstract：The conditions for the determination of four phenolic prioritypollutants by HPLC with electrochemical detection were reported .The priority phenols were separated on a shim-pack CLC-ODS column. A mobile phase consists of 50% CH3OH +0.1mol/L NaH2PO4 +0.05mmol/L EDTA.2Na+1%CH3COOH (pH3.0). Detection pote ntial at+1.0V(vs.Ag/AgCl).The results reveal linear working curves in the range of 0～30μg/ml with detec tion limits of ng/ml grade.
