The coagulating characteristics of polymeric aluminum ferric chloride(P AFC)

Abstract：The jar test results of PAFC,PAC and PFC for turbidity water ofdifferent pH values show that the Al/Fe molar ratio of the PAFC would be a key factor to the optimum coagulation.When pH6.5,PAFC(Al/Fe=5/5,B=1.5)gav e the best efficiency of turbidity removal,while pH>6.5,The best coagulation res ults were obtained by using PAFC(Al/Fe=9/1,B=2.0).
