Abstract：The effect of different pH values,various temperatures and initial C2H3Cl concentrations on reaction process was studied experimen tally using ozone as a wet-oxidation process in degradating C2H3Cl wastewat e r.The mechanism for catalytic generation of hydroxyl radicals by ozone decomposi tion at high pH values,and the oxidative destruction of hazardous pollutants wer e explored primarily.The kinetic model of ozonation for C2H3Cl wastewater wa s obtained based on experimental investigation and analysis.
