Application of Anti-Slide Piles in Deep Overburden Slope Treatment at Yazhai Reservoir

Abstract：During the excavation of the spillway slope at Yazhai Reservoir,deformation occurred in the high slope on the left side.Combined with the site excavation exposure and engineering investigation data,the slope was identified as a deep overburden soil slope developed in a"U"-shaped ancient gully.Through comprehensive analysis of the causes of slope deformation,this paper proposes the use of anti-slide piles for treatment.After project implementation,slope deformation was controlled and safety hazards were addressed,thereby ensuring smooth construction progress and safe operation after completion.
