Experience and Optimization Strategies for Groundwater Monitoring and Management in Xilin Gol League

Abstract：This paper focuses on the operation and maintenance management of groundwater in Xilin Gol League,aiming to address the existing issues in groundwater management and achieve sustainable water resource utilization.Through literature review,field research,and case analysis,the current situation is thoroughly analyzed.The study found that Xilin Gol has accumulated experience in groundwater management,including the development of policies and regulations,as well as the application of technical measures.However,there are still issues such as an incomplete management system and limited technical capacity.Based on this,optimization strategies are proposed,including innovating the management system,strengthening technical support,utilizing economic measures to encourage social participation,and formulating strategies to adapt to environmental changes.The research results provide important reference value for improving groundwater management in Xilin Gol and ensuring the rational development and utilization of regional water resources.
