Construction Practice and Reflections on Standardized Management of Water Conservancy Project Operations

Abstract：The water conservancy projects managed by the Tuancheng Lake Management Office are diverse and scattered,which is difficult to manage.However,the construction of standardized management for water conservancy projects started early and has been carried out for many years,with significant results.A standardized management system has been gradually formed.This article combines years of standardized management construction practice,summarizes the experience and shortcomings in institutional system construction,engineering safety management,engineering operation management,information management,etc.,and provides suggestions and reflections on management system construction,organizational support,personnel training,information construction,etc.,for other water system management units to refer to and learn from,and to promote the construction of standardized management of water conservancy project operation in Beijing and even the whole country.
