Perspectives on Modernizing Grassroots Hydrologic Services

Abstract：Grassroots hydrological stations are the fundamental units of hydrological undertakings,and their monitoring capabilities and modernization levels directly impact industry development.Over the years,due to various factors,the modernization level of grassroots hydrological work has shown shortcomings,and monitoring capabilities require improvement.With the rapid development of China′s economy,particularly the rise of internet communication technology,the digital transformation of various social fields has been greatly promoted,bringing unprecedented opportunities to the hydrological monitoring industry.Taking the current status of the Sinvsi Yellow River Diversion Hydrological Station as a background,the problems and challenges faced by grassroots hydrological work were analyzed through induction and analysis.Ideas and measures for modernization were explored,and the intelligent development of grassroots hydrology was considered,providing a reference for the planning and construction of hydrological station networks.
