Smart Supervision of Rivers and Lakes in Tianjin
BAI Jie
Abstract:Based on policy requirements for further strengthening the River Chief System, this study reviews the development and innovative practices of cutting-edge technologies empowering river and lake protection and supervision. It provides an in-depth analysis of the current state of smart river and lake supervision in Tianjin, identifying that while some intelligent monitoring equipment and information platforms are used to enhance inspection and management efficiency, shortcomings remain. These include gaps in baseline data,an incomplete monitoring and perception system, and limited intelligence in platform functions. To improve the precision and professionalism of river and lake management in Tianjin,it is essential to integrate and share multi-source baseline data.Additionally,an integrated"air-space-ground"perception and monitoring approach should be fully utilized, combined with technologies such as big data,AI large models, and deep learning,to upgrade the smart management system and achieve comprehensive intelligent control. These findings serve as a reference for enhancing smart supervision of rivers and lakes in Tianjin and other cities.
