Development and Construction of a Smart Hydrological Platform for the Upper Reaches of the Zhanghe River

Abstract：The development background,overall architecture,key technologies,main functions,and application outcomes of the Zhanghe River Upstream Smart Hydrological Platform are systematically outlined in this paper.The platform achieves a deep integration of traditional hydrological operations with internet-based informatization results.It has been successfully applied in water resource management and protection,as well as in flood and drought disaster prevention practices in the upper reaches of the Zhanghe River within the Haihe River Basin,providing crucial technical support and information assurance.
