Abstract：Affected by the"23·7"catastrophic basin-wide flood in the Haihe River Basin,flood control infrastructure suffered varying degrees of damage,making post-disaster recovery and reconstruction a critical political mandate and essential livelihood project in the water conservancy sector.Tianjin Municipality has initiated multiple key water conservancy reconstruction projects,presenting formidable challenges to quality supervision.This paper systematically analyzes the issues identified during the quality supervision of Tianjin's post-disaster reconstruction projects,investigates their root causes,and proposes targeted strategies and recommendations to strengthen quality oversight.The findings provide actionable insights and guidance for relevant authorities,contributing to enhanced management practices and elevated standards in quality supervision within water conservancy engineering.
