Practice and Reflection on Reservoir Management in Jiangsu Province in the New Era

Abstract：With ongoing socio-economic development,reservoir safety management has garnered increasingly widespread attention.Adapting to the new situations and requirements of water conservancy modernization to ensure effective reservoir safety management is both significant and imperative.Since the beginning of the new era,Jiangsu Province has undertaken a series of reform practices in reservoir management,achieving remarkable results and forming a management model with unique characteristics.This paper summarizes typical experiences and practices in Jiangsu's reservoir management,highlighting the province's use of institutionalization and digitalization to strengthen safety management and strive for the modernization of reservoir engineering management.Reflections and suggestions are proposed to further strengthen reservoir management,providing a reference for standardizing and enhancing reservoir management in other regions.
