Abstract:The existing old seawalls suffer from natural disasters such as typhoons, storm surges, and seawater erosion all year round, and with the long-term erosion of seawater, the foundations are gradually hollowed out,and the seawall permeability is enhanced. In order to improve the water resistance of the seawalls, they were strengthened by filling grouting method. The automatic monitoring equipment can reflect the on-site water level change process in an all-weather,real-time,accurate and comprehensive manner, and can provide more analysis data,so as to more objectively assess the permeability of the old seawall after reinforcement. In order to judge the effect of water blocking,a certain number of automatic water level monitoring sensors were arranged on both sides of the seawall.According to the change of water level on both sides of the seawall, the water-blocking effect of the seawall after reinforcement was analyzed, and the reasons for it were analyzed,so as to provide reference for follow-up projects.
