Research and Construction of Digital Twin Haihe River Data Mode

Abstract：Through data stratification,unique coding of water conservancy objects,and description of object attribute characteristics,a water conservancy data model and a water grid model were established.These models enabled refined management of data associated with various natural water conservancy objects,artificial water conservancy objects,and specific regional objects within the Haihe River Basin,serving as the foundation for routine data governance.Secondly,using the data model as the object,data asset information was comprehensively registered and improved to establish a data asset repository,standardize asset behavior,and release the value of data assets.Finally,a data resource catalog was compiled to promote the orderly management and sharing of data resources,encourage open sharing,and fully utilize the data resources of the Haihe River Basin.This study aims to focus on the refined management of data resources,comprehensive registration and right confirmation of data assets,and the promotion of data sharing within the Haihe River Basin.
