Overhaul Technology and Measures of Yizhuang Pumping Station Units

Abstract：Yizhuang Pumping Station is an important water conservancy facility ensuring the normal water supply for the capital's residents.It is activated under two scenarios:water supply from Miyun Reservoir during the maintenance of the Beijing South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and water source switching in case of an accident in the main canal.Since the equipment installation and unit project acceptance in 2013,the pumping station units have exhibited problems such as large coaxiality deviation and motor base installation non-compliant with regulations.To solve these issues,ensure the safe operation of the station,and maximize project benefits,a disassembly and overhaul of the units was organized in 2024.The disassembly and installation procedures,parameter comparisons,technical measures,and quality control standards during the overhaul of the horizontal units were analyzed and summarized in this paper,providing practical reference experience for future maintenance of horizontal pumping station units.
