Big Data Governance Technology for Watersheds Based on Digital Twin

Abstract：In recent years,China's data work systems have developed rapidly.The state has issued a series of data-related policies,such as the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China and the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Building a Data Foundation System to Better Leverage the Role of Data Elements,which impose strict requirements on data security,data sharing,and other aspects of data work.Therefore,constructing a data governance technology system,assigning roles and responsibilities to relevant data departments,building heterogeneous integrated databases,and implementing full lifecycle data governance and data model management have become key technical measures to meet these requirements.These efforts aim to promote the transformation of data elements from resources to assets.
