Repair Techniques for Concrete Defect in the Hunhe River Sluice

Abstract：During long-term operation,the concrete structures of large and medium-sized sluices are prone to typical defects such as cracks,carbonation,spalling,surface delamination,and strength attenuation,which can affect the safety and functionality of the project.Taking the Hunhe River Sluice as an example,a comprehensive inspection of the concrete structure was carried out to evaluate its operational status.Defects were categorized,their causes analyzed,and repair principles established.Repair techniques and key technical indicators were then developed.The research findings provide a technical reference for the assessment of concrete defects,repair decision-making,and process standards in similar sluice projects.
