Selection of Ecological Slope Protection Structures in River Regulation Projects

Abstract：With the deepening of ecological civilization construction,the types of ecological slope protection structures in river regulation projects have become increasingly diversified.This study systematically reviews the structural forms,applicable conditions,advantages,and disadvantages of common ecological slope protections.A set of evaluation index systems for selecting ecological slope protection structures is proposed,and the three-scale fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)is used to quantify the weights of the indicators.A comprehensive evaluation method is then applied to quantitatively compare different slope protection schemes.A case study of the Daxishui River Comprehensive Improvement Project in Shenzhen demonstrates that the ecological composite slope protection structure is the optimal choice in the scheme comparison and comprehensive evaluation.The research findings provide decision support for selecting slope protection structures in river regulation projects in similar regions.
