Abstract:Absrtact:Taking a medium-sized irrigation area in the southern Anhui mountainous region as an example, this study systematically evaluated the foundation stability of water conservancy projects based on geotechnical test data.First, the geographical location, natural conditions, and engineering geological conditions of the study area were introduced. Then, the methods and techniques of geotechnical tests were detailed, including testing equipment and instruments, test content and procedures, and data processing and analysis methods.By analyzing the results of the geotechnical tests, key parameters such as soil density, moisture content, and shear strength were statistically analyzed to evaluate the physical and mechanical properties of the soil and preliminarily assess the foundation stability.Based on these findings,an appropriate foundation stability evaluation method was selected for in-depth analysis, and targeted foundation treatment recommendations and measures were proposed. The research provides valuable references for the foundation stability evaluation of similar water conservancy projects.
