Evaluation of Standardized Management for Small Reservoirs Based on AHP-Fuzzy Method

Abstract：To ensure the scientific and orderly implementation of standardized management evaluation for small reservoir projects in Hebei Province,this study conducted field research,literature review,expert consultations,and model development.Focusing on the creation of standardized water conservancy engineering management,an evaluation index system for standardized management was constructed,and a corresponding evaluation model was established.The results were preliminarily applied to a small reservoir within the province,showing that the standardized management level of the reservoir was rated as"good."This research aims to provide technical support for advancing the standardized management of small reservoirs in Hebei Province,comprehensively improving operational management levels across the province,and ensuring the safe operation of reservoirs.
