Methods for Improving the Forming Quality of Large-Area Concrete Sloping Surfaces

Abstract：Aiming at the quality issues in large-area sloped reinforced concrete construction,a critical factor analysis was conducted.The main constraints were identified as"improper control of concrete slump,""elevation accuracy deviations on the slope surface,"and"insufficient concrete pouring and vibration techniques."Three targeted measures were implemented:"precise setting of concrete slump parameters with full-process control,""improving the pouring and vibration process system and strengthening technical clarification mechanisms,"and"developing and applying slope control bracket technology to enhance concrete surface flatness."These measures formed a systematic quality control plan.Verification results showed that the plan significantly improved the quality of concrete forming and construction efficiency while reducing comprehensive costs,providing replicable technical management experience for similar projects.
