Comprehensive Reform of Agricultural Water Pricing in Guangxin District

Abstract：As one of the fourth batch of counties in Jiangxi Province to comprehensively advance agricultural water pricing reform,Guangxin District has,through nine years of reform practice and exploration,established and improved the"four mechanisms"of comprehensive agricultural water pricing reform.It has also developed a"four-in-one"maintenance model,addressed deficiencies in the construction and operation management of farmland water conservancy projects,and achieved long-term sustainable operation of these projects while promoting water conservation and emission reduction in agriculture.Starting from the"four mechanisms"of reform,this paper elaborates on the experience and measures of Guangxin District's comprehensive agricultural water pricing reform,summarizes and analyzes the achievements of the reform,aiming to provide a reference for other regions advancing similar reforms.
