Abstract:The construction quality of cement-soil mixing piles is significantly influenced by human operational skills and mix proportions. To ensure quality control of cement-soil mixing piles under high-moisture soft soil foundation conditions, digital monitoring technology for equipment operation was adopted. This approach achieved digital and unmanned operation and monitoring, eliminating the impact of human factors on construction quality.Based on typical engineering practices, key technical parameters such as grouting pressure, drilling rod speed, and penetration speed were determined.By combining digital technology with automatic control, unmanned operations for pile foundation equipment were realized. The application of this method in approximately 3 million extended meters of cement mixing pile construction for soft soil foundation reinforcement showed that the integrity rate of 7 day core samples was about 93%,and the 28 day core sample integrity rate was approximately 95%(with a design requirement of 85%).The strength met the design requirements, addressing the challenges of controlling cement mixing pile construction and improving the integrity rate of piles in soft soil foundation reinforcement. The research outcomes have enhanced the construction quality of cement-soil mixing piles in soft soil foundations, providing new insights for similar soft soil treatment projects.
