Revision of Beijing's Self-Constructed Facilities Water Supply Management Measures

Abstract：Self-constructed facility water supply is an important form of water supply in Beijing,and the implementation of the management measures for self-constructed facilities has yielded significant results.Based on the practical work of self-constructed facility water supply in Beijing and relevant laws and regulations,this study summarizes the achievements of the implementation of the management measures and analyzes the challenges faced in the new stage.Grounded in Beijing's practical experience with self-constructed facility water supply,suggestions for revising the measures are proposed,covering aspects such as the definition of self-constructed facilities,water sources,supervision and regulation,information disclosure,water supply licensing,changes,and decommissioning.The research provides technical support for the subsequent revision,supplementation,and improvement of the measures.
