Technical Essentials and Practices in Curtain Grouting Inspection Hole Construction

Abstract：Grouting construction is difficult to directly inspect and evaluate.Therefore,careful inspection of the construction of inspection holes and standardized testing is particularly important for the quality assessment of curtain grouting.Many grouting projects encounter issues such as low core extraction efficiency,excessive water pressure during pressure tests,lack of specificity in inspection and testing work,no grouting after the completion of inspection work,and reliance solely on the permeability rate for grouting quality evaluation.This paper analyzes and discusses these issues,focusing mainly on curtain grouting but also offering insights for other grouting projects.
